I am a 30 years old painter and a ceramics artist. I got my bachelor degree from the Dokuz Eylul University (DEU), Faculty of Fine Arts, Ceramics and Glass Department in 2003. After getting my masters degree in 2005 from the DEU, Institute of Fine Arts, Ceramics Department, I worked as a freelancer on computer graphics and architectural 3d visualizations for 2 years. Painting has always been my passion so I decided to do the job I love most and started to paint for a living. After getting married, I and my husband Bora who is also a painter established our studio, “Sweet Shadows”. I have been painting professionally since then. Currently my artworks are being collected worldwide. Many of them can be found in national and international private and corporate collections. REGISTRATION: The painting arrives with a Certificate of Authenticity (EBSQ C.O.A.). MEDIUM: Acrylic on canvas FINISHING : A clear satin, semi-glossy varnish has been applied for UV protection and ageing. SIZE: 24" x 36" / 61cm x 91.5cm SIDES: Staple free and painted. T is an extra 2” of painted area on the edges of the painting and another 2” of empty canvas besides the given dimensions. So the canvas you will receive is 4-5 inches bigger than the original dimensions of the painting. This will allow you to re-stretch the canvas easily. Since the extra painted area will wrap around the sides of the stretcher bars, you will end up with a nice gallery wrapped canvas. You can use either 0.75” or 1.5” deep stretcher bars. Our paintings are not framed or stretched, but you can get it done at a frame shop or you can do it yourself very easily. Please see the information about the sides of the painting above. Instructions about re-stretching will be sent upon request. Shipment days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Shipping time is 3 business days following the payment.
