Waterman Ideal Nib. Little half wheel has "REG. U.S Crescent Pat. Off." Imprinted on one side and "Conklin" on the opposite side. Missing the shirt clip (broken off just a small piece of metal sticking out). I think it will clean up nice and I am selling for restoration.
