Copeland Spode Serving Platter "Romney" Gadroon pattern # S/228 This auction is for a very nice serving platter by Copeland Spode in the Romney Gadroon pattern # S/228. This pattern was manufactured from 1952 to 1971. The platter measures appx. 12-5/8" x 9-1/2". T are 2 small chips to the rim, one is appx. 1/4" & the other is about 1/8", and a bit of roughness at one spot on the rim. T are also a couple of very minor stains. T are no other chips, cracks, or repairs and the platter is in overall very nice vintage condition. It is marked on the back with the Copeland Spode Great Britain mark, and the pattern name "Romney". The pattern number is also marked on the back. Winning bidder to pay calculated USPS Priority Mail Shipping plus shipping insurance.
