In 1956 Madame Alexander made a black velvet Torso gown with nylon tulle flounce from knees to floor. This is a beautiful copy of it. The off shoulder gown is lined in the deep decolletage with pink satin and down to the flounce and has a built in satin bra. The bottom has an underskirt of black cotton with a tulle over skirt. Pink rose buds trim the gown at shoulders and bring attention to the flounce. It zips in the back to close, I put a tiny zipper in it (more doll size ) this is the only outfit I have found so far that Madame closed it with a zipper. This is a gorgeous gown for Cissy all year round, your Cissy will love it. I ship most the outfits in a priority box with confirmation and wrapped in tissue so when your Cissy gets her new outfit she can usually wear it with little to no pressing.
