A nice Corgi Hillman Imp No. 251, unrestored, with original box -Owned by me from new, purchased by me from the toy dept of PA Baker of Newbury, around 1965! -The model is in good played-with condition, as it really should be, used but not abused! There is some minor paint loss, particularly on the boot lid lip, but could easily be touched up. Please study the photos carefully, as these indicate the condition better than I can explain it. The box is original - see below -The Corgi Imp had a small brown opening plastic suitcase supplied with it and the back seat folded down by the rotation of the back wheels, simultaneously pressing down the rear suspension. This still works reasonably well. Dinky and Corgi always seemed to be trying to outdo one another in those days, almost every new model at one stage had a new 'feature', just like the real cars! -- Overall, this is a very good condition model, with a remarkably good box and both main ends and flaps are intact; marked 4/6d. The tyres are still intact, but a little hard. I suspect new ones would improve the action of the rear seat folding. It could be displayed as-is, or with minor restoration could be virtually perfect. It still has the instruction leaflet ----
