I recently purchased a wonderful collection of country/primitive stoneware from a local estate. These pieces are all handmade and originated from the craft stoneware studios of ROWE Pottery Works of Cambridge, Wis. and from SALMON FALLS Stoneware of Dover, New Hampshire. These pieces are made by superior craftsmen and are detailed and painted with great care. The quality of the stoneware and the glazing is superb. Gallery pictures do not accurately capture the true quality of these exceptional examples of country/primitive stoneware. Over the next two weeks I will be listed a fine assortment of these pieces here on EBAY. Please check all my auctions this week and next week for all the pieces being offered. As always, I will combine postage on multiple purchases. This auction is for a wonderful country primitive crock made by Salmon Falls. This stoneware has a blue paint leaf design the encircles the piece. The CROCK is dated 1991. It is in excellent condition with no breaks, cracks, or chips. It measures 5.0 inches in diameter across the top. It stands 5.25 inches high. This crock would be ideal for the country kitchen counter top as a holder for your utensils. Great for your desk as a pen/pencil organizer. A definite must have for the collector of fine Salmon Falls pottery. A great chance to SAVE on store retail. This example being read more
