Up for auction is a Country Store Railroad Structure Kit in O Scale. This structure, which comes unpainted, is made of polyurethane resin. and is typical of those found along the old highways and back roads. Buildings such as this can still be found, but many are is disrepair, deteriorating and disappearing. The building is a single room structure set on a stone foundation. It includes highly detailed clapboard siding, and a shingle roof with large transom double doors. Large double hung windows complete the front. The front and back walls have the stone foundation cast on. The building mounts on a 9 ½” x 7 3/8” base which is slightly weatd with expansion joints. The building measures 5” long, 4 7/8” wide and 4 1/8” high. A sheet of 30 store-type decals, 4 fruit and veggie barrels, assembly instructions and finishing information is included.
