This is a Cox .020 TeeDee engine. I purchased this new around 1988 and flew it in several micro R/C planes. It has been wrapped in an oil-soaked paper towel sealed in a ziploc bag since 1990. The engine turns over smoothly and has compression. The auction includes the engine with glow plug, 2 propellers, tank mount, and engine wrenches. Also included is an original Cox .020 piston rod ball/socket repair tool. The ball/socket joint will get loose with age and cause the engine to run poorly. A few taps using this tool and a light hammer will tighten the joint and restore performance. I am confident it will start right up, but am selling it as is because I cannot test run it.Priority insured mail shipping is $5.00 to U.S. buyers.
