I combine shipping on all documents This offered form sheet was sent by the German Reich railway to the German prosecutor at Warsaw Ghetto. They requested to investigate a Polish laborer named Wladislaus Lica as far as his criminal record is concerned. On the front page is the name and data of Lica who was born in Bromberg ( Bydgoszcz ). Below are three stamp prints. One stamp is saying that the prosecutor has no information, if the Polish person has a criminal record in Warsaw/Poland, because all the files are at the Warsaw archive at the Leeszno street. The Leszno street is several times mentioned on the internet and this street was exactly at the entree of the Ghetto. There was also a Kindergarten for Jewish children. The other stamp print is by the prosecutor and the third print is by the leader of the central archive of Warsaw (Ghetto). On the backside are several stamp prints such as by the German Reich railway and the receipt stamp by the prosecutor of Bydgoszcz with signature.
