Chantry Fine Art has been in business for over twenty years selling at major antiques fairs including the NEC. We specialise in fine arts, miniatures, water colours and oils. Billing Antiques is a subsidiary of Chantry A GREAT MIX THE LONELY CROFT ENGLISH SCHOOL C1920 This drawing comes from a miscellaneous folio of very interesting and varied works dating from c1780- 1954. The artist is unknown, but clearly very talented. The watercolour has an atmosphere of wild grandure. Although we believe it to be a Scottish scene, it is possible that it is Irish, perhaps in Killarny. It is unmounted. The paper has slight wrinkles which should iron out. Size 9 1/2" x 12"(24cm x 30m) (Stock 5621)
