Crown Ducal Stitch Gravyboat/sauce jug For sale Crown Ducal gravy boat in the stitch design byCharlotte Rhead. The boat is 8.25” (21cm) long and 3.75” high (9.5cm). This Art Deco jug is based on the Cotswold range shape and raised tubeline decoration in black against an ivory colour for the main body. The boat is stamped Crown Ducal Made in England regd number 784158. This was first used by A.G.Richardson and Co Ltd in 1934 . They were located in Tunstal. The boat is in very good condition particularly considering it is nearly 80 years oldwith no cracks or crazing. There is a small chip on the spout.
