Up for bid is this FABULOUS crystal owl paperweight/figurine by Lalique. The owl is also artist signed, I believe it reads j.strauss (see pics) ? It stands 3 1/2" has a frosted body sitting atop a clear crystal base. He is wonderfully detailed and quite handsome. It is used but is in Excellent condition, normal wear on bottom of the base. A great addition to many different types of collection's! I always start my auctions with lower starting bid prices, partly because it is less expensive, but mostly to encourage competitive bidding. It is not an indication of any problems with the item. Any concerns I have about a particular piece's authenticity or any flaws will be noted in the item description. I primarily ship USPS priority mail, but will send standard or media (if available) rates on request. Please be aware that standard and media rates to take significantly longer delivery times. I try to package securely and add a minimal handling fee to the postage to help defray packaging supply costs. Additionally, I am now including Insurance as part of the handling fees. Once again, I do not charge more than actual shipping costs
