Twenty dollar note dated September 2, 1861 from The State of Richmond VA the note is hand signed. This is from a personal collection from Long Island. I am not the owner of the item that is listed please look at the photos and let me know if you have any questions. The bill has two holes in it why I don't know. Please look at the photos and ask questions if you want prior to bidding. BLURB: The items that I have listed are from Estate sales Yard sales and Auctions.
