In 2008, the Black Swamp Area Council, BSA developed its Inaugural Webelos Resident Camp at Camp Berry in Findlay, Ohio. The theme for this camp was "Defying Gravity." In commemoration of the council's initial WRC campaign, the council presented an inaugural CSP to only those scouts and leaders who attended the camp (Blue twill with black wrapped border). T were a total of approximately 80 participant CSPs presented at a special campfire on the last night of each WRC session. Though the production run exceeded this number it was limited to only a few hundred. Even harder to find is the staff CSP (White border; includes the word "Staff" ghosted in the center image). The camp only had 8 staff members but a few additional CSPs were handed out to camp dignitaries throughout the summer. Fewer Staff CSPs were produced than the participant CSPs. As a side note, the design of this CSP allows for special pin - which was given out to all participants - to be placed in the center of eah of these CSPs. The design of the "mission pin" matches that image which appears in the center of the CSP design. This pin will be given to the wining bidder as a bonus. The combination of the CSP and accessory pin is a unique concept which should eventually catch on with other councils. Be among the first to have a set like this. But wait... t's more... read more
