CUBA Antique Partagas Cigar Jar Humidor 1920s This is an original cuban cigar Partagas Cigar Jar - Humidor ,this gorgeus piece was made in the 1920s by " Pickman S.A'" of La Cartuja ,Sevilla ,Spain.This cigar jar was specially designed for " Partagas " , one of the most famous and biggest cuban cigar emporium in Cuba in the pre Castro era and also one of the oldest cuban cigar factories . Mr. Jaime Partagas, an spanish inmigrant went to Cuba as many others in the search of fortune ,he found t the best tobacco in the world,and in the year 1848,he opened an small cigar factory in Havana,the rest is history. Humidor measures 8 inches high x 4.7 inches of base diameter .Humidor is in overall good condition, the top has damage , it has several cracks and it has a minor nick on the bottom border as you can see in the pictures I'm providing . Humidor is sold as is.
