And I appreciate your interest! CURTA Mechanical Calculator. Type II. Made in Liechtenstein, 1963 (based on website date code listing). By Contina Ltd Mauren. Please see photos as the unit is in pristine condition and though I am not an expert by any means, I have followed the instructions to try a few exercises and everything seems to work correctly and all parts move freely. If you have any questions or would like me to test/check anything, please ask and be thorough in what you would like me to try. The metal canister does show light wear marks but is in fine working condition. This also comes with the foldout manual. There is one pencil "doodle", I would assume my Grandfather added..no extra charge for this artwork. There are no other parts, packaging, or paperwork other than what you see in these pictures. Description from a website: The CURTA 'pepper-grinder' type mechanical calculator was re-designed from memory by Curt Herzstark while he was a prisoner in Buchenwald concentration camp during World War II from his 1938 Austrian patent.
