is a brand new stag hunter by Alan (A.C.) Warren of Portland, Oregon. A large and stout hunter #687, this one is 9 1/8âe long with a 4 1⁄4âe saber and hollow ground blade of 154CM stainless cutlery steel slightly over 3/16âe thick. The hollow grinds are mirror finished and the blade flats hand rubbed to a great satin finish. The guard and pommel are stainless, the spacers stainless, black fiber brass and red micarta on either ends of the great Sambar stag handle. The blade back has just enough filework and five brass pins inset to dress it up very nicely! Super nice balance and âe~feelâe(tm) in spite of being big and tough. Comes in the great sheath that Alan made for it, a work of art in itself. Each picture enlarges to "supersize" for a closer look . As always, please feel free to ask questions !!
