The base car is a 3 bay hopper body produced by the A.C. Gilbert Company. It is painted black and neatly labeled for the Erie Lackawanna railroad. The trucks are sintered-iron side frame trucks with operating knuckle couplers. The couplers are affixed to the body with a bolt and nut.Compatible with S gauge trains including modern Lionel American Flyer, vintage A.C. Gilbert American Flyer, American Models, Mike's Train House, Scenery Unlimited, S-Helper Services, etc.Markings: "ERIE LACKAWANNA", "EL 30604".Condition: This custom painted hopper car is in excellent condition. All steps are present. Both knuckle couplers are working.
