He has been practicing this art of knife making for almost two decades. This folding knife in pictures is the one that is up for grabs. It features genuine Damascus steel blade and steel bolsters. Making of Damascus steel involves forge welding and hammer folding alternate layers of two or maybe more steels over and over again. This involves lots of skill and effort. In this case has used 1095 & 15N20. One of them contains lower carbon ratio while the other contains higher carbon content along with a bit of Nickle to go along. That is what makes these astonishing patterns to pop out once the finished billet is exposed to Ferrous Chloride. Once the blade is finished it is given heat treatment to temper or harden it. This blade features tested harness of 54 along the edge while somewhere around 42-45 along the spine. Spine of the blade carries gorgeous file work to compliment this piece of art. Handle of this folding knife is made by using real bull horn. Real bull horn scales fastened with brass pins and strong epoxy for life time durability. Knife is complimented
