Obsolete Customs & Excise Waterguard uniform – tunic andtrousers. This item is obsolete as HM Customs and Excise no longer exists. Merged in 2005 to form HM Revenue and Customs. There are no labels on the uniform apart from jacket hanging loop printed - Wathen Gardiner Bristol. In response to a question on sizesI have measured the uniform and ascertain the Jacket measured across from below the arm to be 19 inches, from inside back collar to bottom of the jacket 30 inches arm inside seam to cuff 18 inches outside shoulder to cuff 25 inches. Trousers outside length 39 inches inside leg 29 inches waist 30 inches.
