While I was at JohnnyCon in West Virginia, Marxman was working on ideas for new projects. Marxman felt it was time for Jesse James to get a promotion in the Confederate Army. Introducing the third of three Lieutenant Jesse James CXR-Marx test shots offered today. This is "Confederate Jesse James #3". The torso is hand-crafted and cast by Marxman for Marx Toys in one of the gray tones he was experimenting with. He built his test shot torso into a mock-up figure using CXR arms and legs. The result is a near perfect match (best of the three) and an excellent addition to your collection. Your test shot figure is geared out in a set of CXR gray and gold gear befitting Jesse's new status. See photo for gear. Figure is signed, dated, and numbered and will not be produced
