Czech ART DECO Nudes Nude CRYSTAL Box ZODIAC/HOROSCOPE An exquisite crystal box called "The Zodiac", originally designed during the Art Deco period and expertly hand-made again today in the Czech Republic from vintage molds. This trinket/vanity box is approximately 5 inches wide, 3-3/4 inches deep and 2-1/2 inches high. The lid contains a depiction of a reclining nude with flowing drapery, holding an hourglass and surrounded by all 12 Zodiac (Horoscope) signs in rich, deep relief. The top of the lid has been lightly frosted to a delicate, satin finish. The underside of the lid and the entire base are all highly hand polished to perfection, adding not only exceptional beauty and interest but also great value to this exquisite piece. The amount of intricate detail in the relief is simply magnificent. This Box is extraordinarily beautiful and extremely interesting and represents a true masterpiece in both design and craftsmanship. This item is new, in excellent condition, marked and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
