The Daltons Author : Charles Lever. Publisher : Little, Brown & Co. Illustrated with full-page engravings and cuts by Phiz. Binding : Cloth. Date : 1901. Measurements : Each volume measures approx 8.25 x 5.5 inches. Condition : Very good+. Special Attributes : Complete in 2 volumes; 1st edition thus; Part of the Literary Edition of Lever's novels. Extremely fine set, comprising the entirety of Lever's novel. Sturdy volumes are bound in green cloth and ornately gilded with a border, symbols and lettering. Gold page tops. Slight edge wear to both. Light, whitish markings to volume 1; volume 2 with a dampstain to edges and margins of a few pages. Bookplates in each volume.
