Specs: Handle: 5 1/4" Blade: 9 3/4" Total length: 15 " Blade Material: High/medium carbon Damascus steel. Handle is genuine Ray Skin with solid wood handle. Scabbard is beautiful dark BLACK lacquered. Ever heard a picture can speak a thousand words!!!! Look a the pics again!! What else can I say about this stunning work of art hand crafted in the traditional method. This sword starts out as a 4" block of thick steel and is heated and Hammer forged and heat tempered to length. Then it goes through several steps to grind and sharpen then polished out as you see it in the pics. The result is Amazing! This truely is a collectors item but is Fully Functional. The Detail on the one piece Tsuba is amazing. You Have found the Most Meticulously crafted tanto sword Available!
