This has no paint issues but the rear license plate is off. You can re-glue it. However, as you can see in the pictures, it displays nicely. Also includes fully stocked milk bottle crates (unpictured) for the rear compartment. The truck has never been protected by a case so a good detailing (dusting with small instruments and shining up with a bit of polish) would really pick it up a lot. I learned my lesson hard. If you buy these at retail price they really need to be protected. I wouldn't call this car 1st quality because of the reasons I listed but it's a nice back up, and the amount I'm starting at is ridiculously low, so go for it. It's not mint but it's not bad. It just needs some TLC from someone who knows how to give it. I do not have the original box anymore, nor do I have the certificate.
