This is a beautiful Excellent Super Gran Danish Design 601 made by Oldenkott in Germany.It has a square shank and a saddle bit, a Panel design with a 4 sided bowl similar to Savinelli 515's shape.This has a flattened bottom so it's a great sitter and it has wonderful grain all over.This has a conventional push type tenon and does NOT accept a filter.It is one of many pipes I've been listing for my friend Donald.The Nomenclature on the left side of the shank says;-------------------------------------------Excellent (in script)super grain------------------------------------------on the right side of the square shank it says;------------------------------------------DANISHDESIGN-----------------------------------------and it has the "601" shape code on the bottom.It has Oldenkott's "Horseshoe" logo on the top of the stem which was commonly used on their line of "Derby" pipes.The pictures show all.This pipe is ;6.3" long2.158" tall1.54" wide.84" bore width1.745" bore depth62.36 grams or 2.197 ouncesI put up 12 pics taken @ 1200 X 1600 pixels taken w/ my new lighting set-up which show more than the eye can detect.Please check my other auctions and my feedback.I'll be listing many more pipes as time allows.I ship daily and never charge anything for packing or handling.Extra items bought will be added and the shipping combined soyou get read more
