We are more than happy to answer any queries via phone or email, feel free to get in touch. Danish Teak Retro Desk Vintage 1960's A lovely retro Teak desk, recently imported from Denmark. This has been re-polished, and is in excellent condition for it's age; with just one or two old minor marks remaining beneath the polish. This is finished nicely on the back too, so can be free standing, and this dates from around the 1960's. Remember these are old pieces, and my opinion of very good condition may still mean there is some slight wear. These are all used, vintage pieces, so please be reasonable. Returns If you are dissatisfied with any product, we will take it back within 7 days of purchase, providing it is returned in the same condition as when it leaves us. However you will be responsible for the cost of transport both ways. If there is a genuine, major fault with the product that we have missed and not described, then we will cover the cost of transport as well. The courier services we use are fully insured, and so if anything is damaged by them in transport it will be their responsibility to reimburse you. We accept responsibility for the item's well being until it is loaded on to the courier's van. Domestic & Overseas Shipping Arranged Please contact us for a delivery quote before bidding. As a rough guide, most of our furniture can be sent to the majority of places in England for £50-100. Larger and numerous pieces can be more expensive, as can delivery to more remote areas of England, Scotland and Wales. We only ship at cost price, and do our best to get the most competitive prices for our customers. Please be aware that there are cheaper couriers than the ones we use, however they are riskier as often they are part time drivers who don't have proper blankets or ties to protect furniture and ensure it arrives safely. I've had several customers arrange their own cut price couriers who were unhappy to find that their items were damaged in transport. If you do want to arrange your own courier, you are more than welcome to; though we will not accept any responsibility for the condition of the item once it has left our premises. We will only let you use your own courier if they can contact me directly to arrange a specific collection time. We will not send furniture out with the larger courier firms like DHL/ UPS/ City Link etc.For overseas shipping, most companies charge extra for insurance, usually around 1.5 - 2.5 % of the invoice value. For all deliveries we will require that you provide the full address and contact phone number.On all items that require delivery we require payment only for the goods, and we request that you make payment directly to the courier for the delivery.
