Very few light scratches around edge of lid and bottom of pan. One chip in the enamel on the lid. Tiny flea bite chips in the enamel around inner rim. Clean clean clean - inside is bright white! Not sure how many "quarts" this is. It measures 8 1/4" wide across the opening and 3 3/4" deep. From handle to handle it is 12" wide. Including the lid, it's about 5" tall.
