Shipping charges: Shipping is $4.00 for the first comic with $.50 for each additional comic. In the case of lots, the listing with the highest shipping is charged first with a discount on the remaining listings. All orders of $10.00 or more, or that include ten or more comics, will receive insurance coverage at no additional charge. Shipping discounts for multiple lots will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Items will only be held for a shipping discount if payment is submitted on a weekly basis. Although there are some aspects of grading that have practically universal agreement, it is impossible for everyone, including professional graders, to be in 100% agreement about the condition of every comic. This is the reason why each comic graded by CGC is evaluated by three different graders before being assigned its final grade. The number and severity of defects of every comic vary considerably, and are weighed by various degrees by different individuals. I make every attempt to be accurate, fair, and consistent with all of the comics that I grade. However, if you disagree with the grade of the comic that you have received, please contact me to resolve the issue. DSR Category Two: Communication If you have any questions about an auction, please send me a message through the ebay messaging system, and I will respond as soon as possible with any information that you request. You will receive an invoice with your total amount after all auctions for that week have concluded. I normally list items on Saturday and Sunday and send invoices on either Sunday night or Monday during the day. If you would like to receive your invoice earlier, please request a total for your item(s), and your invoice will be sent as soon as possible. Since I use Paypal shipping, you will also receive an e-mail when your order is shipped which will include the date of shipment and a tracking number. DSR Category Three: Shipping time I ship items as soon as possible after receiving payment, usually the next business day.
