INSURANCE POLICY: The print will be insured! It will either be insured through the shipper (usually USPS, sometimes FedEx) or I will self-insure it. If I self-insure your print and it arrives damaged, simply let me know and I will send you a shipping label (no questions asked) for you to return the print to me. Once I receive the print, I will refund you through paypal. PLEASE contact me if you have any issues with your print when you receive it. PACKING PROCESS: I unroll a sheet of kraft paper larger than the dimensions of your print. Then I rip the paper and place your flattened print onto the paper. Next, I use a tool that allows me to roll your print with no rollbends. I then place your print in a sturdy tube from either yazoo mills or uline. I do not crumple the kraft paper at each end, nor do I place any paper towels or other strange objects in your tube to cushion the print because in my experience, those things do more harm than good.
