Day of the Dead/ Mexican Folk Art Mexican Sugar Skulls Up for auction are these 5 small sugar skulls. They are the real Mexican sugar skulls made in Guadalajara, Mexico. A must have for any Day of the Dead collector or anyone who wants to create their own "ofrenda." Sugar skulls are an integral part of this celebration and are used on altars to pay tribute and to memorialize departed loved ones. No altar is complete without them. Forget the molds and the mess in making them, these are ready to place on your altar. They are new and have never been used. H 2" x L 2". They are hollow inside and have colored sequins for eyes. T are roses with leaves on the tops of their heads made of colored icing for an accent. The colors are pink, purple, yellow, orange and blue. If you wish to personalize them even more you certainly can do this. Although these skulls are made from sugar and icing, they are intended for decoration only and are not to be eaten.
