This is a Dazey No. 4 Model B 4-Quart Size Butter Churn. This type Churn is called the Football Style or Red Top Churn and was produced from 1930 through 1944. The Churn, Jar and Paddles are all in Good Cosmetic and Good Operating condition. T is no damage anyw and the mechanesism works fine. This Churn has the original glass jar that is marked on the bottom: Dazey Churn Pat. App. For, No. 4, St. Louis, MO U.S.A., Dazey Corporation. The mechanism and lid are in very good condition with no damage or dents and it operates smoothly. While t is some paint loss on the red top, the whey screen is still intact and in good shape. Everything looks original except possibly the paddles. The inscription on the lid reads: Dazey Churn No. 4 4-Quart Model B. This churn is ready to still be used to make butter or to be displayed proudly. This item will be wrapped extra carefully to prevent damage during shipment. PayPal and Money Order bidders only.
