Hello!This is a dbx 2231 graphic EQ/limiter. I'm selling due to abandoning the PA industry for better paid climes. It's been rack mounted so it's got the usual dinks, but otherwise it's in really good condition (see the photos). I've not put any audio through it but it switches on ok and was 100% last time it was out.You can collect from Moseley, Birmingham, or I can courier at your expense. The dbx 2231 combines a superb EQ circuit, a powerful limiter, and revolutionary Type III noise reduction that increases S/N ratio by 20dB. The PeakPlus limiter's threshold ranges from 0dBu to +20dBu and can transparently tame the wildest hits or subtlest nuances of any signal. A 4-segment LED bar graph for both gain reduction and output level offers the most comprehensive visual feedback available. XLR, barrier strip, and 1/4" connectors; 45mm nylon sliders; and 12dB input gain stage provide pro flexibility and performance. dbx also includes status LEDs for all settings on the front panel of the dbx 2231.
