DELOREAN (DELOREAN) ORIGINAL PROSPECTUS & SALES KIT - VERY RARE This is an original very, very RARE prospectus and sales kit. It is not hard to find. It is almost impossible to find, especially in this new, unused, untouched condition. The prospectus is dated July 31, 1981 - 28 years ago If you are an affectionado of De Lorean cars THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR YOU! It consists of FOUR ITEMS: 1) The black cover folder with the De Lorean name stamped in bright gold colored lettering. It also has the name Bache in gold lettering in the lower right hand corner. Bache, Halsey, Stuart Shields was the underwriting brokerage firm that was selling the original stock to the public. Bache was taken over by Prudential and then became Prudential-Bache Securities. In turn it became Prudential Securities. Then it was taken over by Wachovia Bank. Collectors of extinct brokerage firms will find this a rare collectors item as well. 2) The 100 page prospectus with all the available information on the company itself and the De Lorean car. Plus great photos of the car and the De Lorean factory in Northern Ireland . 3) The 11 3/4 inch x 8 1/2 inch 20 page BLACK BOOK with PHOTOS (see photos) called PRESENTING THE DE LOREAN.
