We ship through Fed Ex or USPS; all packages are shipped 1 to 2 days after payment is received and are insured for their full value. On all sale items, shipping and handling charges will apply. We do combine shipping charges for multiple items purchased. Returns: If you wish to return an item you purchased from FairyTales-Inc, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to FairyTales-Inc. We will assess a standard restocking fee of 15% for items returned. Credit for the item will not be issued until FairyTales-Inc receives the item in its original condition it was received. We will not accept items that are returned with out notice. All returns must have a FairyTales-Inc return Authorization number (RMA) on the box. Damages caused in shipping must be reported to FairyTales-inc within 3 days after the item is received. Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with in 3 days after the item is received. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up or destroyed. We will not accept items returned without notice. Holiday Shipping: For the Christmas Holiday, Orders must be placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on December 15, to be received by December 24, in the Continental United States.
