VERY RARE Vintage Debbie's Dream House WITH BOX made in the 70's. Box not pictured but in used condition with drawings and scribbles. Item previously played with by child and shows wear but all pieces are there. Some pieces are broken (see pics - one decorative wall and fireplace barrier, one top peg that holds paper bedding broken off bed, front door hinges broken off so cannot open/close though can be fixed with makeshift - may be other issues so I advise you to review carefully). Comes with black clips - not all walls mount perfectly due to tabs broken off. Not tested for electricity though doorbell chimes when pushed. Despite all that - all pieces are included except for some cups and glasses. Set comes with about 3-5 cups and glasses though not all are pictured. Selling as is - very rare piece and lovely when set up. I would say the scale is 1:16 and as it is a bungalow takes up quite a bit of space. Great for the collector though will need some cleaning. I only did a quick setup to show the house - it has been in storage for the last 40 years otherwise. Please note I only ship out on Saturdays twice a month. This auction is set to end on Fri Dec 20th so please make sure if you win that day to pay by end of day Friday so I can send item out on Saturday; otherwise you will have to wait an additional 2 weeks or more.
