We check all items upon receipt from the factory and place them in our climate controlled inventory. Unless otherwise indicated in this listing, our Dolls are not removed from their factory boxes as we have found that most collectors prefer "Never Removed From Box" and this tends to add to the value of the doll. If you do not see an item from the respective manufacturer's new line in our Store, please contact us. In most cases we can immediately order your item for shipment to your home. PAYMENT An Invoice will automatically be sent to you via email. If you have selected multiple purchases, we will try to combine purchases for reduced shipping whenever possible. Depending on the size, type or weight of items, it is not always possible to combine shipment within a single box. When shipment can be combined, the Invoice will reflect the proper discount. Payment is anticipated within ten (10) days from the date of sale. If there are any delays in payment, please notify us via email or a Payment Reminder may be sent. RETURNS Returns are accepted only if merchandise is not as we have advertised. Any defect significantly affecting the value will be disclosed in the text for the item description. You must notify us within 48 Hours of receipt if requesting to return an item for this reason. At that time, instructions will be sent for return. We will not consider returns after this 48 Hour period. We understand and appreciate that the Customer is the backbone of our business. We know that the Internet provides many options for customers to purchase similar wares. SHIPPING We prefer to ship our items via UPS. For small items, less than 3 pounds, we generally use the U. S. Postal Service. We must have a physical address for all UPS shipments. We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods if necessary, provided that the delivery time and cost shall not exceed the method specified on buyer's original invoice. Due to the high costs of packing materials – boxes, peanuts, bubble wrap and tape – we add a handling fee from $1 to $3 per item. For small items less than 3 pounds, a handling fee of $1 is included in the Shipping Calculator invoice. Items between 3 pounds and 10 pounds include a handling fee of $2.
