This listing is for a nice run of The DEFENDERS from Marvel Comics 77 different issues Actual comics in this lot are: Issues 20, 21, 24, 26 thru 86, 92, 95, 99, 107, 116, 117, 120, 121, 122, 135, 140, 144, & 146 Note: issue # 20 (the one in the scan) is BY FAR in the worst condition - you'll be happy with the rest! I just picked up a sizable collection that would have made great store or convention stock. Unfortunately, I do not own a comic shop and rarely do comic shows. I do put key issues on consignment at a local shop and post them on eBay, but to sell the "common" issues, I usually bundle them and put up on eBay at a severe discount to move them as quickly as possible. You might note that some of my sets/runs seem to be missing a key issue. Either it was missing, or I pulled it due to not wanting to sell at such a low percentage of guide. You might find them listed in my other items once I find the time. Keep checking back as I list more of these sets, runs, and key issues. Without the ability to scan and display all of the issues, I have only shown a scan of the lowest numbered issue in this set, and it was scanned through the comic bag. All comics in the run are from this same series as the one shown in the scan. Here's what I can say about the vast, vast majority of the comics you will receive. They are in excellent condition! It appears that the owner purchased them, read them once, if at all, and put in a box. They were not bagged and boarded - just grouped and put in a large thin bag and stood up in a box. He did not alternate the spines, so a few show a slight buckle in the covers if they weren't especially tight in the box. Still, they maintained a great appearance. A minor, minor percentage of the ones I saw (it was about 3,000 issues) have a tiny crease here and there. If you are a one with severe OCD regarding condition, please do not commit to buying, because, at this price, THERE ARE NO RETURNS! To the other 99% of you, you will be pleasantly surprised! Check the 2011 Overstreet Price Guide Shipping and Handling : FREE! and to safe guard your purchase, it will be sent BOXED Media Mail with delivery confirmation! . They are NOT bagged and boarded as individual comics. To help keep them tight, several were placed in a larger comic bag and then taped shut. Again, I use only boxes to send comics and once payment is confirmed, I will have it out by the next business day! The P.O. site says that media mail may take 2-8 business days. Sorry, international bidders (that includes Canada), I have had too many problems to go into here, but I will only accept bidders from those with a USA address confirmed through Paypal. Please do not ask for an exception. To our fine friends up North: if truly interested and you have someone in the USA with an eBay account, I can send these to him/her! Insurance: This is optional and, if desired, is extra and paid by the buyer. USPS rates start at $1.70 for the first $50 (see rates for more).
