This auction is for a beautiful antique Victorian handmade? delicate, fine cotton embroidered, scalloped, netted lace trim fragment in a shade of cream. It consists of tiny fine threaded squares (1/8"), lovely motifs (3" x 1 1/4");each scallop is about 1.5" across (point-to-point)....there are a total of 11 (eleven motifs).....I adore this lace and sharing a small portion of it.....it is my only piece. This measures approximately 15.5" x 5 3/4" total or a tad over 4.5" from top edge of motif to bottom edge of scalloped edge. Last photo shows the underside. This is being sold "AS IS". Please remember that this lace has a very delicate, fine netted ground......it is so lovely......I am not certain as to what this type of lace is called, since this is not my expertise.
