This is a lovely Doulton Burslem style Limoges chocolate cup and saucer. It was professionally decorated by Jean Pouyat, c. 1876-1890. The cup is 1 7/8" x 3", and the saucer is 4 1/4". The set is hand painted with flowers in the Spanish Ware technique which means outlined in gold. The set is in excellent condition with minor gilt wear.
