Great laptop! Was going to give to my mom but she got a Toshiba instead. Repaired by Dell Service professionals. Has new motherboard, hard drive, and the new 802.11ac frequency wifi card in it. Windows 8.1 officially activated and upgraded to Windows 10 clean install and activation. Exterior finish as well as the inside finish look very good and clean and don't look used at all. The screen is very nice as well without any blemishes. Black-lit keyboard is a nice addition. Ready 2 go with power adapter and back up usb key(Windows 8.1) included in the box.
