The Dell Latitude E6420 Core i5 - 2.5 GHz Laptop is being marketed to those individuals who have / or can obtain the absent components, install them into / OR add them to this Dell Latitude E6420 Core i5 - 2.5 GHz Notebook, & potentially create a complete & working Dell Latitude E6420 Core i5 - 2.5 GHz Laptop.- Testing Completed with the Dell Latitude E6420 Core i5 - 2.5 GHz Laptop; The seller has utilized a compatible Dell Power Supply & an external Dell keyboard (this power adapter & keyboard are not included in this auction) in order to test this Dell Latitude E6420 Core i5 - 2.5 GHz Laptop for its ability to power up. Once plugged in & activated, the Dell Latitude E6420 Core i5 - 2.5 GHz Laptop powered up immediately & the 14 Inch LCD Screen illuminated immediately. The contents of the video illumination on the 14" LCD Screen are illuminating in a bright and precise fashion. The seller used the external Dell keyboard to direct the Dell Laptop to enter into & illuminate its Set Up Area. This Dell Latitude E6420 Notebook properly executed the seller's commands. During this power test the seller was able to locate the Laptop's CPU Type & Speed (Intel Core i5 2520M - 2.5 GHz) & Amount of Ram (2 GB). This simple power test is the extent of the testing that the seller has completed with this Laptop.- Obviously this Dell Latitude E6420 Core i5 - 2.5 GHz Laptop did not remain powered on when it was removed from the power adapter. The rechargeable battery is completely absent & this Dell Notebook does not have any component installed on it which would allow it to remain powered up free from the power adapter & totally portable.- This Dell Latitude E6420 Core i5 - 2.5 GHz Laptop's keyboard is not functioning properly; The seller does need to inform all potential bidders that he noticed one functional issue with this Dell Latitude E6420 Core i5 - 2.5 GHz Laptop. This functional issue which the seller became aware of during testing is as follows: This Dell Latitude E6420 Core i5 - 2.5 GHz Laptop's keyboard does not appear to be functioning properly. In fact it seems that the entire keyboard functioning of the Dell Laptop appears to be non-functional. There is absolutely no reaction when the seller pressed a button on this Dell Laptop's Keyboard. The seller connected an external Dell Keyboard to one of this Laptop's USB Ports in order to complete the testing that was listed above. The external keyboard works perfectly when connected to this Dell Notebook.
