In very good condition. Hardcover without dust jacket, as issued. The back page states this is a numbered signed edition. This copy has NO number, NOR a signature. Review: In his new (and first, I believe) novel Delta Green: The Rules of Engagement, John Tynes grabs the Delta Green conspiracy like a rabid dog and gives it a few vicious, neck-snapping shakes. . . . If you're a fan of the Mythos fiction of H.P. Lovecraft and his followers, or if you enjoy action-packed spy novels, then the answer is "probably" (worth your money); if you're already a Delta Green devotee, then the answer is "hoo baby!" --it's stealth technology, slipping a payload of fin-de-siecle angst and Mythos horror right past your radar and dropping it smack into your cerebrum. --this is Mythos fiction 90's style, HPL meets John Woo....Delta Green: The Rules of Engagement is a fast, gripping read, easily as worthy of taking to the beach as anything from Stephen King or Tom Clancy. General Shipping Information: 99% of the time I ship within 24 hours of payment. I only use the United States Postal Service. The busiest times for the Post Office are during the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays, which are between 20 November to 25 December. Expect delays if you choose Media Mail. For LPs, I use cardboard mailers from Bags Unlimited. Unsealed vinyl is taken out of the jacket before mailing, to avoid split seams. CDs are mailed in bubble mailers. Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs. Priority mail packaging materials are free, so there's no extra packaging cost included. LPs, though, still include the packaging costs - there aren't any Priority Mail boxes that will safely hold an LP. For US buyers: I offer two shipping choices : Media Mail and Priority Mail. Choose appropriately when you pay. All US buyers automatically get Delivery Confirmation, which is included in the shipping cost. PayPal will email you the Confirmation Number. The tracking number will also appear with the item in your 'My Ebay' view as well as in your Paypal accoutn. You should get the number within 24 hours of payment. If you haven't received the email, check your Spam folder. The only items that qualify for Media Mail are: Books, Music (vinyl, CD, tape), Video Games, and Computer Software, I cannot send T-shirts by Media Mail. If you purchase multiple items, Media Mail is the cheapest way to go, but it's also the slowest. If you live in Washington, Oregon, or California, you could see the package within 1 week. For other states, it should take about 7-14 days, but can take up to 30 days to arrive. For Non-US buyers: The USPS offers Airmail only. Any package over 4 pounds must be sent at the more expensive Priority Mail International Rate, but you will get a tracking number, and, depending on where you live, the package should arrive slightly quicker. Delivery time is generally 5-14 business days. Times vary - the USPS has no control over delivery date once the package has left their hands. You are responsible for all customs taxes and duties. There are only 2 ways to get a tracking number. 1. Priority Mail International 2. Registered Mail. And keep in mind that the Post Office generally updates the tracking number when it receives the item, and when it delivers the item.
