The sound-post has collapsed and is loose inside the body. This will need setting up by a luthier, (not covered by warranty.) This fault occurred in transit from the supplier and otherwise the instrument is new. Please note B Stock is not available for collection from the Gear4music showroom and will only be sent by courier.
