I givethe catalog reference when I can, however it is up to you to decide how much anitem is worth for you. Over 20 USD value I send only with registered post, no parcel can be lost. I send each of my posts by priority mail. I also combine shipping to reduce shipping cost. Postal fee also depends on the weight of the item. (usually it is the same within 1-30 grams).
