This is a fish motif brooch or pin by the Danish designer S. Ketel and also known as S. Ketel-Fredericia. This brooch is hallmarked/signed 925S Sterling Denmark SK and is very 3 dimensional as it is in a general rectangular shape but is "domed" - please see pictures. The brooch has a large fish at each corner with filigree type wire inside the rectangle which is reminiscent of waves/water and bubbles. The center of the brooch has a smaller fish. The brooch measures 1 3/4 inches by 1 3/8 inch for the rectangle and is raised up or domed in height of 1/2 inch. This is a unique piece with no scuffs or scratches and is in excellent condition.
