The limited edition disc MEMORY LAINE by legendary MOODY BLUES founder and WINGS member DENNY LAINE (Dr.Dream Ltd. 24 - 2004) is a great collection of songs spanning Laine's career from 1963-1973, and features 14 of his original compositions with the Moody Blues, including the rarest Moody Blues track from 1966, the excellent "PEOPLE GOTTA GO" released only on The French EP This Is My House. His rarest first single as Denny and the Diplomats from 1963, the fantastic Mersey rocker FOREVER AND A DAY, the A & B sides of his singles as a solo artist with his "ELECTRIC STRING BAND", Say You Don't Mind/Ask The People & Too Much In Love/Catherine's Wheel on Deram Records, 3 live BBC Recordings with THE ELECTRIC STRING BAND, including an outstanding performance of "WHY DID YOU COME", the projected 3rd single that was not released. The both sides of the very rare Balls single, the super-group he formed with Trevor Burton ex. of The Move and Alan White later of John Lennon/Yes fame, the Laine written JANIE SLOW DOWN and FIGHT FOR YOUR COUNTRY, and four of the best tracks from his 1st solo LP Ahh...Laine.
