This is a Dept 56 Village Animated Gondola Ski Lift which is in wonderful condition! No chips or cracks, gondolas, mountains and houses are in great shape. Has all the trees. There is no power supply/plug. I tried an adapter that I had but could not get it to work. I do not know if this was because it was not the correct power supply, a belt issue or if something is wrong with the motor. It might just need a simple adjustment or belt but I cannot guarantee it. If you are handy and mechanically inclined t here are tiny screws on the bottom of the small house that you can undo and check the motor. (Remember you still need to find an adapter) Otherwise it would still be a wonderful piece to display even if it the gondolas do not move! This also contains the directions. Measurements: Tall mountain with chalet: 16" H x 12" L x 10" W, Lower chalet: 9" H x 9" W x 9" L, Gondola cars: 4"H x 2"W x 4" L. Smoke free home.
