Your are bidding on a lot of Department 56 Christmas Story Village pieces. The lot includes the following 4 ceramic houses: Ralphie's House, The Bumpus House, Higbees Department Store, and Chop Suey Palace. There are also the following 4 accessories: Isn't It Beautiful, Turkey For The Bumpus Hounds!, Singing Carols, and Ralphie And The Bully. Please note that I only have the bully piece (Scut Farkus and Drover Dill) to the last accessory and there is no box to Ralphie And The Bully. All pieces are near mint to mint with no cracks or chips. All have been stored in a smoke free home. Most have been either displayed for 1 Christmas season or none at all. I believe that Higbees and Chop Suey Palace were never displayed. The boxes are a bit shelf worn. The box to Chop Suey Palace is coming unglued a little at the top right corner. The top flaps to Turkey For The Bumpus Hounds! and Singing Carols accessories are ripped.
