This Department 56 collectible from the "Snow Village" series will add life to you diorama. "The Backyard Patio" features a snowy scene with a boat all covered for the long winter, a barbeque grill, deck with picnic table and a tree complete with birds and a bird feeder. The original part number in 56.52836 and was introduced by Department 56 in 1999 and was retired in 2002. It originally sold for $40.00.This item is in perfect condition in its original packaging. It is part of an extensive collection being liquidated as part of an estate settlement. Department 56 collectible buildings and figurines are handcrafted of ceramic, individually hand-painted, and fired with a glaze finish. Cast into the mold is the Department 56 logo- your guarantee of authenticity.
